Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the hygienic nature and made-to-order production of our luxury hair extensions, we do not accept returns.
However, we understand that mistakes happen, and we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange under the following strict conditions:
Exchange Eligibility:
Hair must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with hygiene seal fully intact.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges are only accepted for incorrect length or shade, not for change of mind.

with your order number and reason for exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the product if eligible.
We Do Not Accept:
Opened, worn, or altered hair extensions
Returns for custom-coloured or pre-treated hair
Refunds on any made-to-order items
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanges.
